Elizabeth (Lisa) Mojzis

Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee Supervised by Darla Gale, LMFT #92413

Elizabeth (Lisa) Mojzis is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling at Concordia University Irvine as she works toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

She brings both professional experience and a genuine heart for helping others feel supported, understood, and empowered.

With a background in education, Elizabeth has spent many years working closely with children, adolescents, and families. She values building strong, meaningful relationships and creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves. Her work has focused on supporting emotional growth, strengthening self-confidence, and helping individuals navigate both everyday challenges and major life transitions. She has training in psychodynamic approaches, group processes, and strengths-based treatment, with a particular interest in childhood experiences and how they shape who we become.

Elizabeth is passionate about walking alongside her clients with empathy, care, and authenticity. She strives to create a calm and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their stories, building resilience, and growing into the life they desire. She believes that healing happens through connection and that no one is meant to navigate life alone.

Outside of her work, Elizabeth loves spending time with her husband and six kids. She enjoys cozy movie nights, getting lost in a good book, going on spontaneous drives (anywhere at all), being outdoors, and trying new things that bring joy and connection.
