Erica Guglielmi

Erica brings a unique blend of clinical experience and global perspective to her counseling
practice, having served as a nurse for 13 years both in the United States and overseas in Italy.
Her extensive healthcare background has deepened her understanding of human resilience and
the healing process, while her international medical mission work has cultivated her passion for
serving diverse communities and empowering others.

As a clinical counseling trainee, Erica is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental
space where clients can explore their challenges and discover their inner strength. Her nursing
experience has taught her the importance of meeting people where they are and providing
compassionate, holistic care. She is particularly drawn to helping individuals and families
navigate life transitions, trauma, and personal growth.

Erica's approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the belief that
everyone has the capacity for healing and positive change. She values authentic connections and
is dedicated to walking alongside clients as they work toward their goals.

Outside of her clinical work, Erica enjoys staying active through snowboarding, paddleboarding,
cycling, and weightlifting. She finds joy in gardening and cherishes time spent with her family.
Her love for travel and service continues through her involvement in international medical
missions, where she teaches village girls essential healthcare skills for their communities.
