Erica holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy. She is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and discover their inner strength. Her nursing experience has taught her the importance of meeting people where they are and providing compassionate, holistic care. She is particularly drawn to helping individuals and families navigate life transitions, trauma, and personal growth.

Her somatic training informs her integrative approach to trauma work, recognizing the deep connection between body and mind in the healing process. Outside of her clinical work, Erica enjoys staying active through snowboarding, paddleboarding, cycling, and weightlifting. She finds joy in gardening and cherishes time spent with her family. Her love for travel and service continues through her involvement in international medical missions, where she teaches village girls essential healthcare skills for their communities.
