Kaitlynn Moore

Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
Supervised by Darla Gale, LMFT #92413
Kaitlynn is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University.
In her therapeutic practice, Kaitlynn believes in the power of re-authoring, helping clients rewrite
the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences in ways that foster healing, resilience,
and hope. She sees curiosity and empathy as gateways to understanding, growth, and reclaiming
personal narratives.
Kaitlynn spent ten years as a nanny for three children, two of whom live with significant mental
health challenges, autism, and adoption related trauma. From this experience, she learned a great
deal about navigating complex emotional needs with sensitivity and how to support children
through trauma and neurodivergence.
Kaitlynn is passionate about working with a wide variety of populations, with special interest in
OCD and related disorders, depression in youth, autism, and those within the LGBTQIA+
community.
In her free time, Kaitlynn recharges through reading, writing, and spending time by the water
with a fishing pole in hand. She’s also a dedicated Supercross fan, and you can catch her rooting
for Eli Tomac every race day.
We prioritize your mental health by offering in-person sessions and telehealth services to individuals residing in California.
