Sarah is pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling at the University of Massachusetts Global.

Sarah is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. She believes in meeting individuals where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges, growth, and healing. Her clinical training emphasizes evidence-based practices, multicultural awareness, and ethical care. She is committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection as a developing therapist.

Sarah is excited to work with individuals, couples, and families and values the importance of connection, compassion, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.

Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys crafting, gardening, and paddleboarding. She finds joy and grounding in spending time her family, three dogs and two cats and values balance and self-care as essential components of emotional well-being.

We prioritize your mental health by offering in-person sessions and telehealth services to individuals residing in California.
